Tax Certificates are a weird outlier in our processes. A tax certificate is requested from the office and provided to the person before they make payment for it. The tax certificate itself acts as the invoicing for it (it has a section on it that identifies the charge amount and that it is also the invoice).

So, someone making payment on this portal is always going to be someone who has already received their tax certificate, they’re never going to be making payment on a tax certificate they haven’t received.  

Each certificate has a fixed fee, and you may submit payment for multiple certificates in a single transaction.

Once payment is received, Village staff will process your request. If you require assistance or have questions about turnaround times, please contact the Village Office.
