With its unique connection to the origins of the Village’s name and iconic presence, this wharf is a long favourite with a special place in the community.

Originally owned by the Federal Government and called the Government Wharf, it was divested to the Province. The Village holds a lease with the Province for management and operation of the wharf.

With an amazing view, this pedestrian wharf is a local favourite for fishing, walking, and enjoying the amazing sunsets. While it can get busy, it also offers a peaceful location for contemplation and enjoyment.
