The best advice on protecting yourself and our community is to wash your hands often with soap and water, avoid touching your face, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and avoid others who are unwell.  If you are sick yourself, stay away from others (the elderly in particular) and contact your healthcare provider ahead of time if you will be going in for medical assessment.
